Welcome to FielTstar, a digital sports infrastructure platform operated by FielTstar (a product of FAIBUY&co). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services.
By accessing or using FielTstar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About FielTstar
FielTstar is a digital platform designed to support athlete identity creation, performance tracking, talent discovery, and sports data infrastructure across Africa and beyond.
2. Eligibility
By using FielTstar, you confirm that:
* You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction)
* You have the authority to enter into these Terms
* If you are using the platform on behalf of a club, academy, or organization, you are authorized to represent them
3. User Accounts & Digital Identity
FielTstar allows users to create digital profiles (“FielTstar ID”) representing their sporting identity.
You agree to:
* Provide accurate and truthful information
* Maintain the confidentiality of your account
* Be responsible for all activities under your account
FielTstar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or harmful information.
4. Data & Content
By using FielTstar, you may submit or generate data, including:
* player profiles
* match data
* performance statistics
* images, videos, and related content
You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant FielTstar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
* use
* store
* process
* display
* distribute
such content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
5. Data Accuracy & Verification
FielTstar may collect and display match and performance data from various sources.
While we strive for accuracy:
* we do not guarantee that all data is error free
* verification may depend on third party inputs (clubs, referees, organizers)
Users are responsible for reviewing and reporting inaccuracies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
* use FielTstar for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
* impersonate another person or entity
* submit false or manipulated data
* interfere with the platform’s operation or security
* attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform elements, including:
* software
* design
* branding
* logos
* systems
are owned by or licensed to FielTstar / FAIBUY&co.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
8. Platform Availability
FielTstar aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee:
* uninterrupted access
* error free performance
* availability at all times
We may update, modify, or suspend parts of the platform as needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FielTstar shall not be liable for:
* indirect or consequential damages
* loss of data, opportunities, or income
* decisions made based on platform data
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
FielTstar reserves the right to:
* suspend or terminate accounts
* restrict access
if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
Users may also discontinue use at any time.
11. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain services may be offered on a paid basis.
By subscribing:
* you agree to the stated pricing and billing terms
* payments are processed via FAIBUY&co (parent company of FielTstar)
* fees may be updated with prior notice
Failure to make payments may result in restricted access.

Your use of FielTstar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
13. Changes to Terms
FielTstar may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
