Congratulations NFF President
The President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa MON (Kigon Gusau), has been honoured with an Excellent Performance Award by the Blueprint Newspaper Publishing Company.
The prestigious award was presented today, Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at International Conference Center Abuja,in recognition of his outstanding leadership and remarkable achievements during his administration as President of the Nigeria Football Federation.
Alhaji Ibrahim Musa MON (Kigon Gusau) received the award from His Royal Highness, the Emir of Bida, Brigadier General Yahaya Abubakar (Rtd), CFR, Etsu Nupe.
While presenting the award, His Royal Highness described Gusau as a “silent achiever”, expressing confidence that Nigerian football can continue to develop under his leadership as NFF President.
The historic award ceremony attracted prominent personalities from across the country, including the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), serving and former governors, and other distinguished personalities.
The recognition further highlights the contributions of Alhaji Ibrahim Musa MON (Kigon Gusau) to the development and advancement of Nigerian football.
