CAN NIGERIAN FOOTBALL TRULY REFORM WITHOUT REFORMING THE STATE FAs?

We need tO ask some difficult questions:
. Should State FA chairmen have term limits?
• How are FA chairmen and board members elected?
• Should FA officials own football clubs they may also
egulate?

.• Should football administrators also act as agents or
have financial interests in player transfers?
• What conflict-of-interest rules exist?
. How do we measure whether a State FA is actually
developing football?

REAL REFORM MUST REACH THE STATES.
We cannot build a new NFF on top of old structures
and expect a different result.
